Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Subscriptions & Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis set to the term selected. Inovices are created 10 days prior to due date. Services will be suspended after 3days overdue. A reactivation fee may be added to the service totalling half of a terms price.

We accept paypal and credit cards through our automated system and will assist through payment via manual processing with a slight fee of 3% of total charge if deemed to be needed. this is a charge through our payment processor we do not profit from this fee

Services paid for with credit card will be automatically captured by our payment system within 24hrs of Due Date. To stop this remove the card from your account. or Cancel the service. Refunds for Credit Card Payments Cannot be refunded at all after 7 days of payment.

Refunds and Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis typically No refund is to be expected

Account credits may be requested if out of users control downtime occurs and it is reported within a timely manner if downtime of 30mins occurs client may be credited one day prorated pricing 

Accounts and Services without proper cancellation requests are subject to be forwarded to Our Collections Agency. 


We have a live chat support on our page, offer telephone support and support via email and skype. We can and may offer to help through otherways such as teamviewer if needed, 

We try our best to offer around the clock support but typically a 24hr resolution is to be expected

A billable fee of $10/hr may be charged and invoiced to the customer if deemed the issue was caused or able to be resolved by the customer. this will be the technicians decision.


Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the legality and copyright info. shoutcast clients are encouraged to seek licensing if playing copyrighted materials.

We do not support the use of copyrighted materials and will respond to dmca notices filed to us at [email protected]
